The Setup 


If you would like to enable the service planner, please contact us through a new ticket above or send us an email to support@godo.is with the following information:

Property name:
Services to be set up: (F.ex Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
The default value for each service:



How it works 

  1. The service plan is displayed as a grid of dates (each date between check-in and check-out) and services in bookings.
    Each cell in the grid represents the number of services that will be used for this booking on this date. In the example below that means that there will be 2 breakfasts, lunches and dinners, for each date.



Service reports

  1. To view reports for the services navigate to Standard Reports and click the show button for the service report (see image below).

  2. Once the report has been opened you can select a range (services per month or per date) and a period. You can also switch between properties if the account owns multiple properties (see example below).
