How do I use the Statistics with VAT and without VAT pages?

The Statistics with VAT and without VAT are reports that you can see your performance each month.

In this report you are looking at one year at a time (the calendar year) so the report can both give you an idea about your performance into the future as well as how you did perform in the past.

In this report you can see your total available rooms for each month as well as the rooms that are and were out of order.

You can quickly see how many nights you have sold in the past and future as well as the total occupancy for the month and on average.

In the report you can see three different financials:

The ADR for each month

The RevPar for each month

And the charges for each month

The report will then show you the total for the entire year.

The statistics without VAT is the same report, but without the VAT calculated in the report.
