How do I use the Booking Window report?

The Booking Window report is used to see how many bookings that are already confirmed at your property have been distributed into each booking window.

This will showcase how the behaviour of your guests book your property.

Are they booking with a short advance or longer advance?

For each window you can find detailed information about the number of bookings, the nights sold, the average length of stay, cancellation ratio and ADR.

The report can also indicate which time period gives you the highest value and can also give an indication of the different behaviours of clients that book with short notice or longer notice.
