Similar to the comparison KPI report this report will show you how cancellations are distributed in the future months and what effect it has had on occupancy and number of nights.
This report can be used to compare the cancellation for the last 7 days and 30 days.
You can hover over the cancelled nights and the occupancy change for last 7 days and last 30 days to see the full effect.
This report can be used to see how the last 7 or 30 days are having an effect on the future months at your property by comparing it to the bookings already on your books.
In the example below:
The last 7 days 72 nights were cancelled for July where the total cancellation ratio is 24.47% and these 72 nights have reduced occupancy by 3,57%
