The comparison KPI report will show you how bookings at your property were distributed to the future months and what affect did it have on the occupancy and the ADR.


This report can be used to compare the ADR for the last 7 days and 30 days and compare it with the average ADR for the month.


You can hover over the percentage number and the ADR number for last 7 days and last 30 days to see the full effect.


This report can be used to see how the last 7 or 30 days are having an effect on the future months at your property by comparing it to the bookings already on your books.


In the example below:


The last7 days 75 nights were sold into October where the ADR was 30.248 ISK or 1,84% higher than the average ADR for the month.


These nights increased the occupancy at the hotel by 3,72%.
