How do I use the Pace Report MoM report?

The Pace Report MoM report is a report that should answer you these questions:

How much have I sold so far?

How am I doing compared to same period last year?

How much did I sell last year?

In this report you can see how much you have sold today in the future months.

You can then compare how much you had already sold the same period last year and you can also see how many nights you ended up selling.

You also have the ADR to compare with both the ADR today, same period last year and how the ADR ended up being.

With this report you can very quickly see how you are comparing to last year and the report should help you make a decision on any action plan necessary.
