How do I use the MoM Report

The MoM report shows you how you are performing on these metrics: ADR, Occupancy, RevPar and RoomCharges.

It quickly gives you an indication if you are over performing or underperforming compared to same period last year with red or green bars and with the absolute value and the difference in %.

This report will showcase to you if the strategies that you have taken are working compared to last year, as an example.

There are four buttons in the report which you can press and the report will change:

ADR - This will show you current month + 11 months into the future how you are performing same period last year.

Occ% - This will show you current month + 11months into the future how you are performing same period last year.

RevPar - This will show you current month + 11 months backwards so you can compare how you are doing versus last year.

Room Charges - This will show you current month + 11 months backwards so you can compare how you are doing versus last year.
