The Prediction Report can give an insight into future bookings that may have a possibility to be cancelled.
On the report there are five categories:
Highest Risk - where the calculation behind the report deems the booking being risky to be cancelled
High Risk - where the calculation behind the report deems the booking being slightly less risky to be cancelled
Uncertain - the calculation was unable to make any factoring calculation
Low Risk - the booking will most likely stay confirmed
Lowest Risk - the booking will almost certainly stay confirmed
It is important to understand that this is a ALPHA version of the report and there is no guarantee that the bookings are going to stay confirmed or going to be cancelled.
The report is handy to use if certain dates or periods are high in occupancy and also gives a good opportunity to reach out to the client to get a confirmation if the guest will stay or cancel.
