Basics - Front Desk

Modified on Thu, 26 Sep at 10:21 AM

The front desk shows you the information which is most relevant to you at a glance. The available content is adjustable and can be unique per account access so that each employee can customize their own work space.

Each account can have up to four different Front Desk pages.

In this Example you can see the Summary of your checked in/checked out guests, Diary, Potential Issues, Check in, Check out, Current Guests and Latest Bookings.

Example 1 - Front Desk:

In this Example you have an overview of Summary, Booking Value, Occupancy, Bookings, Booking Source and Latest Bookings.

Example 2 - Booking Statistics (Hotel report):

Summary:

Once you Check In or Check Out your guests the Summary field will be updated with the relevant information.

Diary:

The Diary field in the front desk always shows the next diary entry by date. To add a diary entry go to the CALENDAR and click on the date label.

Potential Issues:

Will tell you if the system calculates a problem within your system that needs attention. If you click on the blue link within a problem (if present) this will navigate you to the existing problem.

Arrivals/Departures:

Check In or Check Out your guests. This will update other corresponding fields. In the booking itself inside the Info tab the check in/check out time will be registered.

Statistics - Occupancy / Booking Source / Bookings:

Occupancy will show you your inventory available in a graph.

Booking Source will show you from which channels your bookings are entering the system. Direct bookings are booking you have inserted.

Bookings is a occupancy statistic in a column form.
