To see a report in the system, choose the Reports tab and hit either Standard Reports or Custom Reports.
In Standard Reports you will have all the default reports such as, Arrivals, Departures, Cleaning, Occupancy etc. Choose the dates you would like to extract information from and choose which report you would like to present:
Note: Reporting your City Tax report (Gistináttaskýrsla) is done through Country Report
The Custom Reports within Godo Property are a powerful tool to monitor your bookings, revenue and other details about your bookings.

Within custom reports it's possible to track bookings by when they are arriving, departing and from where they arrived to the system.
On the right side you will find all the available columns that you can search by and derive information from. Almost all information from a booking can be found in this column.
Then you can use all the below parameters in order to define what you want to see.
Typically you can define your reports by "Info Codes" and what "Booking Fields" are containing or not containing. These settings are doubled in order to have a very dynamic way
of building your reports.
Layout is used to define what sort of report you are trying to display:
This options has selections such as Tabular (Excel sheet format), Graphs and Layouts per rooms, properties and booking groups.
Sort By will define how your report will be displayed.
Totals will define how the result of your report will appear. E.g. "Totals only" will only give you results of a report (handy for reports that you insert into the Front Desk).
You can link any of your Custom Reports into the Front Desk as shown here below:
