You can link a customer to sales channels so that all bookings coming from a specific sales channel are connected to the corresponding customer.
Find the customer list under SETTINGS > GUEST MANAGEMENT > CUSTOMERS (you need to be logged in to the main entrance of the property for this).
In the list, you can find information about the ID for each customer.
- Copy the correct customer ID, f.ex. booking.com.
- Find the correct sales channel - SETTINGS > CHANNEL MANAGER >BOOKING.COM
- Copy the customer ID into Invoicee id:
