Link customers from Property in Travia

To have all bookings coming from Travia to Property we need to map customer according to each agency in Travia. 

You need to follow these steps: 

Login to your Property account.

Click on Settings - Guest management 

Then click on Customers

There you have an overview of all your customers in Property

Each customer has an unique ID number

You need to copy this number and add it to the cooperation in Travia

To do that you need to start with logging into your account in Travia

Click My property cooperations

Here you can see a list of all your agency cooperations

Click on Approved link and then you have an overview of this current cooperation. 

Copy the customer ID from Property and paste it to  Invoicee Id and click on Save.

Please keep in mind it's important to have the correct customer ID from Property to Travia so this will be correctly done.
