From the Access tab, you can Add Access Guests, Add Access Users, Edit and Delete current Access Guests and Users, View current Access credential information, Search, and Filter your results to narrow your view.
Add user = Creating a master code
Add Guest = Add temporary code for the guest.
Adding user:
Door access explained:
Individual door: User will have access to specific doors.
Door Groups: User will have access to specific door groups
Entire location: User will have access to the whole
