Compare Properties in The Advanced Report

A new feature has been added to the Advanced Reports, perfect for hotel chains or anyone managing multiple properties to use.

In the Advanced Reports in Godo Property > Statistics, you’ll now find the option to Compare Properties.

This allows you to easily view and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) side by side across your properties.

You can compare:

• ADR (Average Daily Rate)

• Nights Sold

• Occupancy

• RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)

• Room Charge

Simply tick the KPIs you want to include, and the report will display each property’s results along with overall totals.

This new comparison tool helps our users to quickly identify trends, performance differences, and opportunities across multiple properties.
